Just played through what there is and I have to tell you keep up with the fantastic work you do phenomenal story so far I hope you continue to see it through on this format even if it takes awhile the art and imagery were some of my favorite I've seen from these types of games

Without a doubt the best main entrance music of a Visual Novel game. Just by putting "Royalty" in the entry already guarantees me that the game will be perfect!! And I haven't even started playing yet lol
Afaik the story will just not continue in avn format, but it will continue... at least that's what I was able to find out. It also will take A LOT of time because of managing Family/work/life itself + creating good avn or other games is not easy to fit in a day .... days are just too short sometimes. Just be patient and keep Evermore in your heads. Give Prometheus some time and hope for the best.
There's some hot scenes in this one so far, with visually stunning female characters. I love it when AVNs intermingle fantasy and mythology like this. Donation made. Please keep up the good work.

No, it's technically abandoned. This game is not being updated anymore with zero guarantees any alleged other iteration of it will ever even start if the dev has zero time for AVN production that he had to walk away from it.
Sure sure the official discord and patron and even this site 60 days ago where the Creator posted that they not only didn't abandon it but says it will definitely be completed just not in the same format and even said that they have started working on it doesn't exist because someone not affiliated with the project said so lol (it takes time to make a whole new game format not weird that 60 days and no update creating it in a new format)

I've refused to start this because I saw that it was on indefinite hiatus, and I didnt want to love the story only for it to remain unfinished. With the newest announcement, I think I finally feel comfortable starting it. Just knowing there will be *something* rather than the unknown is encouraging.
tbh i was pretty sad when you said you couldn't continue the game anymore, thinking back a few months ago when the announcement came up, i kinda hoped it was just a joke, which it wasn't. so now, after another announcement, that you'll continue i was pretty happy. just one thing: don't overdo yourself again. take time for your personal life, friends, family and your career (which i hope is still going good xD).

Even if he comes back and continues it "in a different medium", I won't restablish my support because the trust is already long gone. I dislike the idea of it continuing as a non-AVN anyways; this game was ok but it wasnt THAT good, imo, and not worth chasing it across two different mediums.

As sad as it is and I agree, but my hope is that this will inspire others along with the other S-tier VNs I play to make more VNs of similar caliber and style.
Some VNs are survival sims, while others are straightforward and have "fake" choices. I hope that someone makes a VN similar to this one, even knowing it can't take its place. 🥲
I've had this on my list waiting for the 0.6 remake and have been at war with myself trying to decided if I want to play what's available even if its not continued just to enjoy something good.. this answered it for me lol
I don't feel like this is giving up, but rather a realization that progress for a lone developer would not work for them. Some can, but we shouldn't suggest that one is weaker by comparison for being unable to match their dedication. We all have our own lives to live, hell I can't finish my own creations.
I honestly think the story could have been finished if there weren't so many excessive life paths , seems too ambitious. He could have done a more kinetic novel with what we all want.. mindless smut with a good story. With the ability to say yes or no to a scene instead of so many different paths. Like My New Family.

What guarentee do we have that our support will amount to anything? There has been no further updates or communication. It's dishonest and more often than not, a GOOD dev will pause payments if they can't fulfill their responsibilities. It is absolutely scummy. This dev is ripping people off at this point 100%.

Rather fond of Crimson High by Vertigo and Out of Touch by Story Anon.
They're both pretty solid titles, in my opinion. Worth mentioning that Crimson High has more humor to it than Out of Touch, though since that's a key factor you're looking for.
This page really needs updated to reflect that the game is dead. As it stands, it misleads players who are only now finding the game and may even donate/subscribe for nothing. I'd be pissed if I found a great game, supported it, only to find I'm donating for nothing. Remove your patreon link, put a public post that you're no longer working on it, cancel your subs, etc. If you really want to collect, perhaps consider selling it to a dev that can finish what you started. Others may have a different opinion, but to me this seems dishonest and scammy.

Hey, guys!
So, I have some bad news... After many, many hours of consideration and self-reflection, I feel it is time for me to step away from creating AVNs for an indefinite period of time. I recently had to get my first full time job and I will be starting my career. I thought about doing this while cutting down on the hours I put into development, but I honestly can't see where I'd even fit those hours once I start working. I have obligations outside work that take up some time and it was somewhat manageable (albeit difficult) when I was working part time, but now, there wouldn't be enough hours in a day.
I appreciate all the support I've received the last three years and I’ve had a lot of fun making it. While being a dev could be stressful and hard at times, I met a lot of great people and it’s been a great experience. That’s to say, I am not taking this decision lightly and it’s something I’ve given a lot of thought to. I always fully intended on completing the game, but AVN development is very time consuming, especially when you try and give it your all to improve the quality over time. Unfortunately, the responsibilities of regular life have gotten in the way and I had to cut something somewhere, my choices at this point are basically: AVN Development vs Family and my Future (Both career wise and in terms of my personal life).
However, whether I finish the game as an AVN or not, this will not be the end of Evermore. I still fully intend to see the story through to the end because of how much I love it, though it’ll likely be in a different medium.

Sorry guys, I didnt like this one. Its full of something I call 'Illusion of Choice'. Meaning choices that dont really do anything to the story, usually just whether or not you see a lewd.
In fact there was one stage that I chose not to see a lewd with Aria and the dialogue and story went on as if I had chosen to see that lewd. There were direct references to it happening in the dialogue when it hadn't!
So personally I think this was a good story that was poorly executed. Should have been an AVN with no choices in it, just a story with pictures.
the choices do have an impact story-wise and also on the relationships with the characters. It happens that developers make mistakes, that's perfectly normal. Later on i haven't had any problems whatsoever.
Sorry but I couldn't see any such choices or impact. The only thing I saw was relationship points and lewds. I got to the part in the story when the God-Killer guy was starting to train the MC how to fight, which I think was far enough.

This game is really disappointing considering development started in 2022.
I was able to complete it in 2hrs and there was only 2 sex scenes for main girls all being with the same one, there is sex with some side characters.
Pretty good humour and girls but not much to explore here

Ends on a cliffhanger and just as everything is about to really kick off.

I would definitely recommend Realm Invader. One of the legit funniest AVNs I've ever played; I'll have to give this one a shot!

Played both Caribdis' AVNs, Projekt Passion, Four Elements Trainer, Unraveling August (at least these are those I remember).
I love AVNs with a good story, but mostly those mixed with comedy are golden for me. I'll keep searching for these hidden gems.
